The moment I finished my monkeys I casted on a plain generic sock in some Jitterbug… however it bored me (after monkey I was itching for another lace fun thing). I have been wanting to try the Anastasia socks (from Pepperknit) and it is so cute. Just enough to break up the variegated… Summer of Socks is hitting me in a big way. 
Today was a banner day for me I haven’t had a hair cut in like a year (literally) so I finally took the plunge and did it. This weekend is the sisters engagement party (pics to follow especially of the goldfish well you’ll see) Be back soon….

I’m liking that pattern a lot! I had the same problem finding a pleasing pattern after Monkey. I gave up and just started another Monkey. You were missed at the NJ Spinners party on Saturday!

I had some issues with my Anastasias since I wasn’t used to a toe up sock but I loved the way they came out in the end.
